Four colours of pin. Everything on one map.

The colours below are the same ones you'll see on the map — learn them once and you can read any neighbourhood at a glance.

From the first pin to the final handshake

Four stops, no friction — the whole journey happens on one honest map.

  4. 4

    Post your own

Why we built PinLand

Finding property in Sri Lanka has always meant scrolling endless text lists, deciphering hand-painted “Land for Sale” boards, and chasing agents who never call back. PinLand replaces all of that with a single, honest map: see exactly where a property is, what it costs, and who to call — for land, houses, rentals, and shops across all 25 districts.

Every listing carries its exact GPS pin, its price in plain rupees, and a phone number that actually answers. That's the whole idea — and it's free.

Early users, honest words

I spent two weekends driving around Kurunegala chasing lands from newspaper ads. On PinLand I shortlisted three plots in one evening — the pins showed me exactly which lane each one was on.

Questions, answered

Is PinLand free to use?

Yes. Browsing, contacting listers, and posting a property are all free. You only pay for optional extras like featuring a listing or extra photos.

How do I post a property?

Tap “Post” on the map, drop a pin on the exact location, add photos and a price, and publish — it takes about two minutes. You'll need to sign in first.

Do you charge commission on sales?

No. PinLand never takes a commission. Buyers and sellers deal with each other directly — we just put the property on the map.

What does the “Verified Agent” badge mean?

Agencies apply and are reviewed before they can list as agents. The badge means the agency's identity has been checked and their subscription is active.

How do I contact a lister?

Open any listing and tap the call or WhatsApp button. Phone numbers belong to the lister — you talk directly, with no middlemen.

Which areas does PinLand cover?

All 25 districts of Sri Lanka — from Colombo and Gampaha to Jaffna and Hambantota. If you can drop a pin on it, you can list it.
